Refund & Return Policy – Fira Art Gallery

We want you to love your artwork! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s our policy:

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your painting.

• The painting must be in its original condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging.

2. How to Return

• Contact us at info@firaartgallery.com to request a return.

• We will provide instructions for safely shipping your artwork back to us.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your painting arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at: info@firaartgallery.com

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

5. Exchanges

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an item for a refund and place a new order if desired.
